The cleanliness was very good including the staff that cleaned the rooms (very quick and thorough). The view was very nice (forest 4th floor). The pool was good as well.

The continental breakfast was a little lacking: coffee machine did not work, the choices were a little limited, and the food was barely warm.

Only showing my confirmation email secured a whirlpool room. While the confirmation stated it, the reservation at the desk showed a standard king and I was going to have to pay the difference til I produced the email. Our son’s room also was booked as a whirlpool room but upon arrival was told it was only a standard room and that was all that was available. The king handicapped room we were given contained a bathtub that was too high to access! Other chains in our experience provide walk-in showers to claim ‘accessibility’. After using this hotel many times to visit local relatives, we will be looking at different accommodations on our next visit.

It was cold and rainy when we arrived in town. The staff was wonderful and let us check in 2.5 hours early!

Very clean. It had everything we needed: pool, gym and continental breakfast! Close to everything we had planned. Nice little getaway.

Breakfast was a well stocked hotel breakfast bar. We found it to be very good.
