Nice vibe. The stag was courteous and helpful. Hotel has an interesting concept. Handy valet parking.

The bathroom door was off its slider and wouldn’t close properly, the cold waster tap did it turn in and the faucet was hanging loose. It seemed like a safe neighborhood and we were planning on going out on the town but shortly after our arrival there were gun shots in the park behind the hotel and then a strong police presence for hours afterwards. Needless to stay we stayed put. I did feel safe inside.

The staff were incredible, the hotel was amazing super comfortable and cute, free drink tokens were a lovely touch just overall a great stay and would 100% book again. Also a good location close to everything!

After a long drive, The valet parking attendant was friendly, quick and efficient. The location is excellent. A short walk to the restaurants and clubs on Beale Street. Not very far to drive to the other sights in Memphis. The hotel itself, however, had fun and a quirky vibe. In the communal/ reception area, we enjoyed the pinball machines, games and record player, which gave the property a unique character. The room was also quirky and the bed was very comfortable, which meant a good night's sleep. Overall, the hotel has plenty of personality and some great features, but a warmer welcome from the reception team would have improved our experience.

Unfortunately the reception staff were not as friendly or helpful as we had hoped, which was a disappointing first impression.
