The lady who checked us in was really nice.
When someone was out smoking it would come into room

Air Conditioner workes really good and the shower was great.
When we arrived, the cable TV was not working (not the hotel's fault,.) The exercise room was small.

Service was great, layout of the Inn and its location was very convenient for us. We were there for work, and it covered our needs perfectly.
Automatically sending a copy of the invoice by email would be a nice touch.
We were given a paper copy at checkout, which is good too.

Very clean, no foul smells like other hotels. Receptionist was very nice and helpful, offered us bottled water, showed us around the facility. The wide variety of breakfast items and coffee lobby was very nice and clean.

The price. I think hotel rooms in general are getting ridiculous. Especially when they are not a vacation destination.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Kept getting locked out of room as key would not work on patio door and staff was clueless as to why. Kept issuing us new keys (3x) that caused further headaches as it would then disable the key(s) we already had.
There is a nice golf course on the property but the hotel does not offer any guest accommodations for the golf course; discount on golf etc

Breakfast was good.
For a suite and price we paid, I expected at least shower doors instead of a curtain. Those curtains leaked when trying to warm up the bathroom. The vent didn't help keep the bathroom warm either.
