this it’s a shelter place not a hotel period a lot of people look so trash with out shoes around up and down so dirty place horrible

When we arrived the hotel room was clean but the shower tub fixture was broken so we could not take a shower or a bath because there was no drain stopper either. The pool was not clean . Every day when we returned to our room the door was opened. I could not imagine who was doing this and how. I reported that information. I checked out and then had to return to the room with maintenance to let me get an item out of the room and the door was opened. Apparently the door locking system was failing each time I left the room. I would like to get some money off my stay because this is unacceptable.

There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. The staff was rude to me and my significant other calling us names in another language they thought I didn’t speak. I was charged for a better room than I was given.

I was charged more than normal for a pet even though he is a service animal, and I had all my papers. I wanted to extend my stay and after doing it online with a “guaranteed price” I was charged 200 dollars more in “fees”, my significant other went to speak with someone about the logistics of refunding the extension. He decided against it and thanked the staff, shortly after we get a visit from a staff member asking if we were checking out and we explained that we decided against it and the staff member said okay great have a nice day. Shortly after that we were visited by another staff member telling us we needed to check out right now, we were very confused and went to the front desk. The first staff member that came to our room had checked us out and initiated a refund against our wishes. We were obviously upset that we would not only have to leave the hotel that we wouldn’t be refunded for 2 weeks. We didn’t have much money everything went into extending our stay, so it’s understandable that we are feeling very angry. We were told we could stay the night for apart of the price we already paid, but we were not checked into their system so we didn’t have working keycards access to any of the limited amenities, and had to explain to multiple staff members what had happened and what we were told by the manger about staying the night and leaving in the morning. It was a horrible experience that has honestly given us a sour taste for extended stay America.

I loved the room having two queen beds and a pullout As I am responsible for additional children that are not mine. So I was able to commit to making sure I was with them at all times. Plus having a kitchen was awesome.

I wish there were just a little more space between the beds and the tv and stand.

room smelled, absolutely no supplies available, not a good hotel for the money. very run down. pool was closed when we were advised it was open before we came. the beds were extremely uncomfortable. there were no supplies in the kitchen at all.

The location was perfect for access to the Highway. The bed was comfort.

The room interior is out dated. The appliances are pretty old and not clean. For a 2 night stay $290.00 is not worth the price with everything within the room is outdated. This location could be very popular with some modeling to the rooms.

Our check in lady. She was SOOOOOO amazing! I didn't catch her name but she went above and beyond to help us.
