The front staff Katherine was so rude ! Never again will we ever stay here again

highly disappointed
breakfast was no longer an option but the app said there would be , the gym was closed and my car was broken into , no sign was posted saying that they aren't responsible and they didnt even want to give us a refund or a free night.and they stole over 1,000 dollars in belongings from my car.

No breakfast although advertised, no coffee maker in the room, opening lobby at 7am which is late for the business traveler to get some coffee for the road. No room service. Located right next to freeway 5--excessive noise at all times of day or night.
