It was great

The property as a whole was nice. Rooms were large and very comfortable.

We were woken up at 9 am Saturday to a VERY loud DJ / wedding festivities that went on for almost an hour in the circular driveway outside of our window. No sleeping in at this facility - no matter how good the bedding. Also, for a large facility there were minimal elevators working -- always a line.

The location was great, many wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were exceptional!!!! Marcus and Tanner are the BEST!!!! They gave us exceptional customer service, extremely friendly!!!! We will definitely stay here again.

Duvet cover had blood on it, front desk notified and they brought a new one - no apologies just knocked on door and handed it to me. Front desk only had one employee for check in and had to wait 10 min - she was very hard to understand. Asked in reservation for extra towels and extra pillows in our room. Received neither. Ice machine on floor 2 wasn’t working, front desk said to bring ice bucket to the bar for refill - not at all convenient. We were so disappointed in the brief stay. We were looking for an elegant and it was anything but that.

The beds!!!!!!!! The atmosphere was peaceful yet exciting with all the amenities.

Great bathrooms and bedding. Air conditioning great. Very close to our venue. Friendly and excellent staff. Valets were great and gave us cold btls of water all the time.

Only one restaurant for such a big place. Needs a good bar for drinks. You had to pay for most of the shade by the pool by renting a cabana. Elevators either broken or slow.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Parking was free!

It got hot at night, but that might have something to do with the 105 degree heat that day. Also, they charge a $25 per person resort fee, but you won’t know that until you check in. You can spend it anywhere at the resort, but it would have been nice to know before arrival.

Shower didn’t work in our room, the rooms looked more old & dated vs pictures online. Wasn’t worth $400

They over charged me than what I paid for booking. Com . I spent 1 hour trying to solve the billing issue . Put the front desk was moving so slow that I had to leave to catch my flight . They sent me an email saying it is booking,Com issue not them

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very helpful

The food was amazing- the guy at the omelette station was so kind!! Our waiter was super friendly as well. Lots of food & drink options!

only negative mark is, the host was kinda bland… not a lot of personality at all.

Location would be great without the construction.

Amenities promised were not available. Nespresso maker. Down pillows I’m room when promised no down. Bed uncomfortable. Balcony door couldn’t open.
