Our negative was the lack of counter top space in bathroom. Toiletry bags fell on the floor multiple times. Also, need a mirror you can stand or sit close to…another mirror

unfortunately our sink water smelled like sewer and got progress worse by the second day. we had to buy bottled water from the front desk to use to brush our teeth bc we didn’t know what the smell was. washed hands and face in bathtub. it smelled disgusting.

It was so clean, from the entrance to the rooms. And smelled fresh throughout.

Loved the location, it was value for money and fairly clean although the carpets didn't feel clean.
The room smelled like damp and I had to ask for a room change. Room was dark and dingy, the sofa bed mattress was lumpy and the springs dug into our daughters back. Probably wouldn't stay again.
