The room was pretty big and very clean. The bathtub was amazing ! The view was also nice. Breakfast was a little pricey, as you would expect for a hotel but good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

PARKING ! This was a nightmare. We originally booked through Priceline and their website stated the parking was free. I was a little shocked but was glad. The parking one site is $59.00 a day if you do NOT move your car. I called to ask why parking was said to be free and Priceline sent me to booking who sent me to price line who sent me back to booking where a rep hung up on me twice! Never was resolved. This was NOT the hotels issue but Priceline/booking. We also got stuck in the garage for half an hour on MLK day with little to no help. Finally my husband found a way out. The garage company was no help and so rude. Park else where!

Location of the hotel was right next to the office, there was a CVS located within the building so I was able to easily access anything I may need that I left or wanted a snack or anything.

The Television in my room didn't work the first night I was there, I notified the front desk and they moved me to a new room the next day.

the location is great, but the quality of the rroms is not at par with the cost. I think it’s overpriced. The room I got didnt look like the pictures and had really sad pillows and a thin blanket

The first night was horrible. They put me and my family with a 1 year old rigjt on top of the ballroom, i was in room 408 on the 4th floor. None of us could sleep until 3am. They did not move us until 5 am, at which point we only got two hours of sleep. Vanessa at the front desk was great and helped us at 5am but leading to there since 9pm of the night prior we only had bad staff expierence. They tried to make it roght with a discount and upgrade but again what a bad experience. The hotel is not recommended for families, lots of people drinking and being loud. would not go again.

Texted me day one to see how everything was and if could do anything to make stay better asked for two towels and a blanket. Also handle on shower dropped to floor as soon as I touched it Said they would come that day to fix. They came and handle still fell to floor when I attempted to use it No towels No blanket

Great pool, great gym, great view to the city

Room was pretty small for 4 persons, restaurant & bar was expensive.

Size of end room. Just a beautiful room very roomy. Even though our other family members got that room. Next time I want that room.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. We had a few hiccups with the room/TV's/phones in the room but the staff was accommodating. We're looking forward to a better stay there tomorrow. 😊

The best and only good thing about this property is the location.

It was over-priced, I felt robbed having paid £930 for three nights here. It was worth £630 for 3 nights maximum. The rooms were tired and dirty. The complimentary toiletries were very poor quality. The door to our room was warped and you could see into our room through a crack on the outside. The safe wasn’t working and we felt unsafe. The staff couldn’t change our room or fix the door/safe. The swimming pool indoors was cold, the jacuzzi/hot tub had scum all around the edges (photos of this below). The ‘rooftop pool’ is on the 3rd floor so a bit of a scam as it’s made to look like you can see the Chicago skyline. We were not given the Park View room we paid for. We went for a buffet Breakfast at a neighbouring hotel and the difference was noticeable.

Rude manager wouldn't allow late check out even though the room qualified for late check out per website. Parking could not be validated so ended up pay each time getting in garage. Room was smaller than expected for $600 for one night.

I like the uniqueness of the building

Everything was just fine

The modern aesthetic and feel it had from the furniture to the artwork and design of the building and restaurant Lou ges and lobby.

Our room had the scent of man’s cologne or V05 hair gel. And the beds were not comfortable they were very hard to sleep on.

The location

We have informed them that it is our anniversary and they still gave us the worst room they have. in front of the room door there were flies everywhere, electricity was not working, then the TV was not working, then we woke up to a broken coffee maker plus the ice machine was also not working. There was no water in the room as well. The windows were so dirty we couldn’t see the view through The pool and the towels were so dirty! The pool is small and cold don't be fooled by the pictures!

The ambiance and vibe are perfect for a quick fun getaway. The bedding was amazing and the cleanliness of the unit was excellent. It feels so good when a company knows how to treat a customer.

Outside pool deck and park were nice in the evening. Enjoyed sitting outside looking at the skyline.

Not super clean. Windows were so dirty we could barely see outside, elevator was filthy, room was ok but found a couple mystery bugs crawling around. Just not amazing.

The locations was great . Close to Navy Pier and other nearby hotels where I participated in conference and activities.

The housekeeping. My fridge was leaking. I had to clean the leak up, and when they bought the new fridge it was nasty and I had to clean it before I could it could be used. My guess is they don't have enough housekeeping I had to ask for fresh towels also the next morning.
