The management is very rude and kept giving our room to people twice someone entered my room with a key and I had been there two days in the same room they need to work on their entire business operation period thanks

Bad management skills and everything else

It was fine. The staff met all my accommodations after entering the room and somethings were not right.

Did not go to breakfast.

There was no light in the bathroom There was no water going to the bathroom sink.

The management opened my room at 3:00 AM without any notice to see if the room. I felt unsafe until morning and when I asked them that I didn’t feel safe the whole night and I couldn’t get back to sleep, their respond was that you have prepaid reservation and we cannot give you any compensation. I would never go back to this establishment and would encourage booking.com to demote this establishment as a safe place for visitors.

98 percent of everything..no room service the entire time..had to walk to office to get towels or anything else I/we needed..I cld go on and on but who has time for that..it isn't worth it

The so called manager is not a nice person. He took part of my deposit for me being 5 mins late getting out of my room. But yet I had to wait outside the front office for over 10 mins while I called the office phone so I could let them know I was there to check out and get my deposit back. My understanding is that the deposit is incase something gets torn up in my room. We'll nothing was broken or torn up, and the worst part was that he didn't even go check my room he just came to the lobby front door and handed me part of my deposit and shut the door in my face. Don't stay at this motel because even if they screw up you will get treated like you were the one who made the mistake!!!! Room 125 the door has been kicked in so many times that the door doesn't want to lock!
