Our room 419 was horrible, toilet seat was disgusting, bathroom door handle was broken, holes in the bathroom wall , shower head would stay in up right position.

Loved the location and really appreciated that bottled water was free. The staff was excellent as well.
Only complaint is that during my week long stay I didn’t get one turn down service and had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.

Good location
Did not receive any soap/shampoo in room. It was clean but just not super clean as most hotels are. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was okay but most of the fruit was way overripe.

Pool was closed the reason of us getting the hotel was to swim and shop. My son was very disappointed was too late to get a refund. I wish I would of checked before hand. I just figured with this heat there pool would of been open. And the hotel was sold out that the pool was working. The back door to get in where you use your key was open the 3 times I came in I didn’t need to use my key, the door stayed open. This location is very busy I hope at night they locked it. I didn’t check later

When we entered the room, both trash cans had trash in them. The bedding was stained. Sheets were torn. We were in town for my husband to have a knee surgery early the next morning so we just dealt with it. I had to go get a blanket out of my car because I didn’t feel like the blanket was clean enough to sleep with Very disappointed

Hotel was very clean and staff was attentive The room was nice and cool when we came in from the hot car. The morning breakfast was good and I liked that it was open till a later time. (10am)

Location worked well for be visiting my cousin in hospice. Facilities are good.
Going through Booking.com I couldn't cancel the 4th night of my stay. The desk person I talked to on April 16th about canceling the night of the 17th, said I needed to go through Booking.com. I tried calling them but couldn't get through. Sent them an email about canceling the 17th and they said talk to hotel. I went back to hotel clerk and told her I'd be checking out the morning of the 17th. She said she was going to talk to her manager because I was paying a higher rate through Booking.com than I would have with my Hilton Honors membership.
I was charged for the 17th anyway. My frustration and dissatisfaction is mainly with Booking.com

Staff was very friendly, the room was cool, and plenty of hot water.
The lighting was poor and the shower floor could have been cleaner.

I love the location and the facility structured very well.
I have stayed at the facility over the years. It needs a remodel desperately the shower had cracks in it along with mold. The whole thing needs to be remodeled. You can’t clean when the facility needs to be upgraded.

The bathroom door is a barn door style (slides across the opening). It was very challenging to slide. I had to close it for my child.
