No elevator. I am 69 and don't like steps. But

I love that my room was ready. No problems with getting checked in. The room was nice and clean.

Room was very comfortable

My only complaint was the stairs getting into my end of the hotel. Had to go through the front entrance and down the long hall. Great they had a dolly for me to use.

Booked on booking.com, got there to check in and they were sold out. Very tired and disappointed.

I liked the location because it was close to where i needed to be and plus it's close to a bunch of places to eat, shop, etc.

Room 229 door doors not lock properly, it needs to be addressed. After reading bad reviews I was not expecting much, however upon arrival everything was clean, I never saw a bug anywhere, bed was comfortable, all in all a good stay

As soon as we got into our room, we turned the TV on and it didn't work, and the weather was fine! we called the front desk like it said on the screen, and the first thing we were told was " well yall can check out" and then there is nothing she can do so we are going to have to deal with it....I eneded up fixing it myself. There were roaches, the beds were terribly uncomfortable, there was loud music at night, and people banged around and slammed doors at like 12 midnight. We will not be back! We paid over 200 for 2 nights and that was a huge mistake

Staff were friendly clean room

No elevator, the door to the stairs was directly in front of my room. I had to hear it slam all night and morning!!! No rest for me! My door had a half inch gap in some places that I could see thru to hallway. I had to lean against my door and push up just to lock it!!! After driving 8 1/2 hours this was awful.

Lady at front desk was friendly and helpful. When vending machine took my charge but did not dispense product, she took care of immediately.

1.room was smelled of overuse of cleaning products but I assume well sanitized. Smell was tough on my sinuses. 2.security peephole broken on inside. Plastic was stuffed into hole. 3.moulding around door missing...every little sound in hall was heard. 4.no soundproof between bathrooms. Heard total conversation next door(if I chose to listen) and they were not yelling. 5.toilet seat scratched & cracked. Inside of bowl did not seem clean. Bleach would do wonders. 6.Bathtub not clean. Sticky substance on sides and hair on wall and in tub. 7.TV remote missing back 8. Had to unplug clock-radio due to strange noises that I could not shut off. 9. Went to breakfast later (9am) and there was not much left out. The counter around the coffee machine was a mess.

Had to wake up the lady when we were trying to check in and went to front desk later that night, 3 times, and could never find a staff member. Wifi didn't work. No batteries in the remote.
