There are not many things to highlight. Perhaps the relativ cost-benefit compared to other hotels, or the fact that the room was spacious as well as its parking.

Nobody from the staff gave at least a single smile during all our stay. Many times we passed through the reception and they didn't even make the effort to make eye contact. The breakfast is terrible. We actually had to have a true breakfast after our first "breakfast" at the hotel. Nothing nutritious or healthy, simply impossible to make the kids eat that "food". The pool was not working. Since we had much better experiences in other hotels from the same Comfort Inn chain, it seems that this unit is simply mismanaged.

There was no night clerk present

Night clerk was no where to be found from 1 am to 330 am

Everything was immaculate. Lydia, at front desk, was outstanding. All our expectations were easily met.

The desk clerk was so nice, friendly and helpful to us. He saved the day for us with his suggestions about v the shuttle service.

E we were late arriving, tired and hungry. The Wendy’s just a few steps away was so great

Easy to find and fit our needs for the night.

We had a great view

The shower had mildew and staining. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

We like the location and everything is clean

The breakfast could use an update. And the pool area a little attention
