Good value

Staff was both friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Shower worked poorly. Took 10 minutes to warm up. I took a cold shower.

Lobby and elevators shabby/worn. Needs an update.

Paid for executive lounge and was NOT told that it wasn't available and was not notified that we could ask for an upgrade since we were memvers.

Expensive, dirty and not worth the money. Would definitely not book it again.

The location is outside and quiet, but you need a car. The room was spacey and the bed comfortable. Bathroom is small, but ok for one person.

This was our last stop after a 2 week round trip. We decided to spend the money for a 4-star hotel for 2 reasons: 1. we wanted to have a good breakfast and a breakfast, which was not served in one-way-dishes. -> Breakfast was not served in one way dishes :-) and the selection was ok, but in a German way of thinking, quiet poor for a 4-star hotel. The coffee was really the worst coffee compare with all the other coffees we hat in lower class hotels and motels. At the second morning, we asked for a cappuccino instead of the brewed coffee. But the answer was, that they only have brewed coffee. And when it comes to the price of this breakfast, it is getting ridiculous. This breakfast has not a value of 23$ / person! Room: The fridge was turned off (I guees due to the noice). After we turned it on and opened it, we couldn't trust our eyes. There was mold in it. I have added some pictures, because it sounds unbelievable. 2. we wanted to relax in the indoor pool on our last day in the US. -> By entering the indoor pool, we felt like we have booked a low budget motel. The hotel and so the pool is quiet old and must be renovated, but this is ok. BUT IT MUST BE CLEAN. The pool water was ok, but the surrounding .... see the pictures.

we stayed here for 3 nights. the hotel was pretty old ish and even though they say there’s room service they did not do

-we stayed 3 nights, did not get any cleaning at all. even after informing the front desk multiple times. -rooms were damp -elevator smelled old -other than Jennifer, everyone else at reception was not very friendly or helpful -quite poor facilities to get help from staff, for example to bring something to room

Overall worth the deal via booking app.

Location and the parking was free and very close and good security. Left our touring cycles on the rack without any concern.

too much chlorine in pool. n smelled musty by the basketball court. elevator was very slow.

We like the location of the hotel as it’s very quiet and serene. The staff are friendly and there is lot of car parking facility. The rooms are large and spacious though the lifts are very slow.

I was very surprised that the hotel did not offer room service. This is a basic service at any leading five star property and it was very disappointing to note this was not available. Additionally, housekeeping services had to be requested everyday. We would leave in the morning at 9am and until we returned at 4pm the beds were not made.

poor reception service, during check in, staff on duty didn’t register my IHG points when requested, during stay I asked the same staff to have more room cleaned, this did not happen.

Nice, but if they didn't list the pool we would never have selected the hotel.

1. Location was awesome for our purposes 2. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was great. 3. Front desk professionals were friendly, efficient, and helpful 4. Very peaceful and professional atmosphere.

The primary reason we selected this hotel was for the swimming pool for the kids. We had a famliy event to attend in the area and the kids remaining behind were to go swimming. The only problem being, the pool was closed that day for maintenance, something that should have been kown.

IHG not investing in property.

The rooms are spacious.

Upon arrival there was one reception person for a line of 10 people which was not a great way to start. Though that one person was kind and pretty fast. The hotel in general is very bare bones with little to no signs of extra comfort. Rooms have thin blankets with no extra one in case it gets cold even when asked. The cutlery in the dining room is plastic. Cups in room are plastic. Shampoos etc are small and not nice. IHG is taking all the profit here and leaving customer with just enough scraps to get by.
