I liked the property because they are in a great location! Dining, gas station, Walmart, etc, are all walking distance.
The property was nice to stay in, but the guy(not Qody- he was great-very friendly & nice) staff was rude to my family & I. We had to be moved twice(two different rooms) the shower/bathroom needs to be updated(the shower floor had a hole in it and they only covered it with a piece of fiberglass)..Also, we had asked for our room to be cleaned(meaning sheets changed, floor swept, new towels, etc.), well she came in and made our beds and somewhat swept, but she did not change our sheets or do hardly anything to the room whatsoever, which they are supposed to do, and we stayed here 9 days.
But other than that, it’s good & bug free!

The room was clean and comfortable with a large tv.
The biggest problem was the streaming service for the tv was impossible to use and the staff admitted that they were trying to get it fixed. also the breakfast was not offered as staff said they were bringing in new equipment. lastly the towels were thin and worn past their life,

I came on an emergency with my pup and she was so sweet , kind and her husband was very helpful . I thoroughly enjoyed my time. Thank you!

I appreciate the night clerk Ms.Chasity for her assistance. After being biten by bedbugs and finding an infestation she did move our room but that is all she could do in her power.
I first checked in to room 215, I had completely unpacked my belongings and my guest belongings, as I was preparing to stock the fridge I discovered not only that it wasn’t working but that it also was molded. The manager on duty Andy Patel refused to switch out the fridges but instead made me pack up and move rooms. I did with no complaints. We were moved to 217, at around 1:30 my guest woke up to being bit, when we cut on the lights you could see bed bugs everywhere. Chasity was the night clerk on duty…she moved us to 317 which was in a new building! I appreciate the room change but it was a very difficult task to do with a 5 year old and NO HELP, no trolley or anything was brought out so moving rooms/buildings took almost two hours. Chasity ensured me she would speak with Andy because a refund was appropriate. I went to the front desk on two separate occasions and he was unavailable to talk, on the third visit (I went daily, so this is the night before my checkout) He finally is “available” however he did not allow me to speak at all! He told me I was only trying to get money, and they fixed the issue by changing the room, no one should pay $100 to have to switch rooms 3 times and to be in contact with mold and be biten by bed bugs! He was very rude and actually said “I don’t care, call corporate”. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I’ve got the bites and a record of the 7-minute heated conversation turned argument to prove it!!

The hotel said that the pool was closed for the season. This is pool season and they never said that in the bookings report. Very disappointing
