About everything. The Phantom room is small, the bed was smaller than a queen (we measured).The tub in our room did NOT work, the shower head leaked on top of my dry hair. When I called the front desk they didn't care. We ended up moving to another room that they suggested which was not at all acceptable. We now know we would never want the jungle room, but that was all that was offered. We know as a fact that there were numerous rooms open, only about 6 people were there that night.
