Room were very clean and the bed was very comfortable and everything worked as should
The toilet seat (heated seat) in some rooms is really too small and a nuisance.

The Redac is a well-appointed, clean, and professionally run operation that makes for a pleasant stay. The rooms are contemporary and spacious. The staff was generally efficient and helpful. This has been the case in the five or six times I have stayed here.
I could have done without the $150 deposit on the room but I suppose that is there to keep out the riff raff. A swimming pool would have been nice but it certainly isn't a deal breaker.

Hotel was easy to get into clean fast check in and staff was vary nice and the strawberry waffles I am going to get some more

Over all it's just a nice clean hotel the strawberry waffles are great going back again to get some it is also a very quiet hotel you don't hear doors slamming all night

Didn't like that the tub wasn't working for a bath, only the shower.

The toilet was incredible It warmed up and was a bidet. It sounds silly to say it was the highlight, but I was in town for a family emergency and that small detail at the hotel provided a lot of comfort.
It didn't seem like hotel breakfast was a thing when I was there (and I was up early). But I don't want to hold it against them if it was a thing and I just missed it.

I think anyone staying over 5 nights should automatically having access to the breakfast offered.

I liked the architecture of the hotel and the lobby was elegant.The room had a nice modern decore.
I didn't get house keeping service after scheduling for it.
