Excellent location for downtown activities

The toilet seat was dirty (visual spots!) when we checked in. I spoke to the front desk and he asked if I wanted it cleaned immediately or did I want to schedule it. ??!! I said immediately because we were needing to get ready to go to a concert. No one arrived and I had to use my son’s bathroom. When we came back 9 HOURS later, the toilet had not been cleaned. My husband ended up using their washcloths and bar soap to clean the toilet seat. We should not have to do this ANYWHERE, and especially for the price we paid to stay here. We have stayed here in the past and it has always been great.

The foyer to the hotel is magnificent. Michael on the conceige is amazing, he knows his stuff. Worth visit just for the tips and history from him.

Service at the bar was poor, had to go across the road to get a drink.

We still haven't gotten our invoices. I sent emails and tried to contact the hotel through booking.com. Havent gotten answer back

The front desk agent, Teresa, was fantastic! The bed was so comfortable, and the hotel lobby was gorgeous.
