The ocean view room. The hospitality of staff. The cleanliness of hotel. The complimentary activities for all ages. The pleasant entertainment offered. The whole experience made my stay enjoyable and absolutely wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

Toilet rocked when you sat on it, asked cleaning person If we could have room cleaned and get new towels she didn't speak English. Asked another and was told have to put in at front desk a day in advance. Had no trash can. First day was fine second day large group was in room Above us. They carried cases and cases of Corona in They were up all night carring on so we got no sleep. People around pool were all drunk and very loud past the time pool closed. Ended our trip early and no refund for 2 days we paid for. I would say keep up with what's Going on around your hotel. From what I saw and heard all around us wasn't a very nice visit. Also when we got there to check in the office was closed and had a note with a number on it to call to check in. No one answered the phone. Finally asked another guest where to go, they had the same problem. We had 5 guest that arrived ask us how they check in.

My room wasn’t the ground floor near by pool it was so easy to reach it.

There was too much dog hairs on the ground floor on the carpet that I was dragging on my bed. you should not to allow pet in rooms or clean them better.

The price and location was the primary reason for picking Dunes Court. And the motel was better than expected.

The walls, ceiling/floors are very thin. We could hear the people above us walking around and could hear the conversations/road noise outside the door.

The room and the ocean view were amazing. The location was great and close to everything we needed access to.

The Dunes exceeded all our expectations with all that is available at your hotel. We ate most of our meals there and the food was so good. Courteous and helpful staff, too. Beautiful view and right on the beach. Made our 55th anniversary special.

We like everything except that it was on the 3rd floor. We are seniors. When we checked in the counter person could barely speak English. We asked for 1st or 2nd floor & she said that was impossible. REALLYYYY????!! During our four day stay ours and one other car were the ONLY ones in the lot. Is this really how you want to treat seniors??? My God!!!!

location the iron gate around the pool made it hard to get to you’re room the parking lot was difficult to maneuver they have couples living there

So happy the room was clean. Was spacious for amount we paid. Very comfortable bed and new updated bathroom.

Room was bright and cheerful Very clean Service was excellent- had a problem with ac And not only was it fixed guest services asked if we wanted someone to service the unit at the time we called- Imagine that - very timely service !

Street view - only Confirm you make correct choice - more than 1 property and each is very different

I liked the location. And I liked the convenience of the pool.

The parking was not available at some times. Beach goers took up spaces.
