BAIT N SWITCH! I searched @BDC FOR entire home w/pool, so when I found this house & saw all the great reviews of "incredible pool" gorgeous house, etc... I thought I found THE house. if you look at their pictures they only show 1 picture to be the house I actually got. the other images are of the house I thought I was renting. I so carefully checked to make sure every bedroom had a tv (for the BOYS consoles) the pool was heaven in the pictures, the game room was huge with Prof. gaming tables. NOT ONE PICTURE SHOWED A HOUSE THAT THE BACKYARD WAS A HIGHWAY, NOT ONE PICTURE SHOWS A BROKEN PING PONG TABLE THROWN ON THE FLOOR OF THEIR GARAGE. EVERY PICTURE THEY SHOW IS OF THE HOUSE I THOUGHT I WAS renting. INSTEAD WHAT I GOT WAS a house that overlooked a highway, & the game room was a broken-down ping pong table& 2 folding toy tables for kids under 10. I was shown an entirely different property online. First clue it was FRAUD IS.. WHEN I asked on Sunday "Is the pool heated or must I pay extra? She responds W/the basketball court is in the clubhouse across the street. I was busy &wasn't worried about the pool being heated so I overlooked that. (btw I STILL could've canceled for free on Sunday) when I realized the pool was not there & the house's backyard was A highway. i texted the owner & was told no pool & BTW THE clubhouse is closed also. which means NO POOL NO BASKETBALL COURTS, NOTHING! so I booked another spot w/airbnb. WE LEFT 1 HR AFTER ARRIVING. The next day I finally reached OFFICES & was told they wouldn't refund a dime. ON WED WE were told there is no pool w/my unit just a clubhouse w/pool then thur when we arrive we r told there's no clubhouse either!! WHICH MEANS NO POOL AT ALL! NOTHING FOR 3 TEEN BOYS TO DO (owners would be informed of the renovation, at least a month in advance unless there was a disaster. i wasn't told about the clubhouse being closed till thur.

WHEN I CALLED & INFORMED THE OWNER ABOUT THE SITUATION SHE COULD HAVE EITHER GIVEN ME THE UNIT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET or REFUNDED ME. instead I'm WAS never offered any other house (which she claims she did to bdc, LIAR) NO ONE ACTUALLY LOOKED INTO THIS OR I WOULDVE GOTTEN A REFUND. INSTEAD I HAD TO PAY FOR 2 HOUSES. IM OUT $1300 FOR A HOUSE I NEVER SPENT MORE THAN 1 HR IN. When we arrived we could not get into the house it took about 25 min before I was given the correct code, all in all, we were at that property for about an hour. We didn't even use a bathroom in this unit. I immediately went to Airbnb.com and rented another house. We left immed. which i will prove in court. She is now trying to say her cleaning lady sent her pix of a used house. NO! WE DIDN'T EVEN USE a BATHROOM, I walked the unit & took some video. showing the pix of the broken ping pong table thrown on the floor and the other tables made for children under 10. I was supposed to get a gorgeous huge game room w/prof equipment not foldable kmart stuff made for kids under 10. I DON'T KNOW IF THE CLEANING LADY just WANTS TO GET PAID & MESSED up the house OR THE OWNER IS LYING. either way it is a lie. THE WORST THING IS AFTER TRYING TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER, I CALLED BOOKING.COM AND THEY WERE SYMPATHETIC BUT DID NOTHING. TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT REFUND ME CAUSE OF THE POLICY. this had nothing to do with policy. I WAS SCAMMED! this RUINED MY VACATION. BAIT N SWITCH total FRAUD! I SENT A HAND WRITTEN LETTER TO THE CEO OF BDC & AM PRAYING HE WILL ACTUALLY LOOK INTO THIS AND AT THE VERY LEAST AT LEAST GIVE ME 2 WEEKS FREE IN ANOTHER HOUSE THIS TIME ONE I ACTUALLY WANT. OR BEST CASE I GET MY 1300 BACK. HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN FIX THIS TOTAL MESS NOW. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR RUN FROM THIS COMPANY RUN ASAP

Very family-friendly rental house with a pool. Quickly responded to all my emails I received a gate code and door code by email a few days before arrival, so it was very convenient for me.

rooms weren’t very clean. no bath towels only provided hand towels the fire alarm batteries were going flat and beeped for the entire of our stay. pool light timer doesn’t work .
