We booked a family suite for our stay. Hilton maintains its reputation and all the amenities were top notch. Breakfast was good. pool/hot tub area was super clean. theme parks are very close to this hotel.

It was a great hotel, however lately cleaning has been declined. We had two rooms one of them just was cleaned 2 days of 6, the other one, 5 days but it is a default if you stay in a hotel you suppose all days would be cleared… if not it is better renting a home.

The big rooms plenty of space! Staff very helpful the restaurant was good as well. Last but not least HAPPY HOUR free cocktails from 5:30-7pm with snacks for all was awesome as well.

The smell! The fridge stunk terrible. Maintenance comes in and tells us to leave cabinet door open. Did not fix the problem, smell was disgusting! Not work

Loved the spacious room with the mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was really good!
They changed our room rate the last night and charged us for parking both days when I asked the first day at the desk they said it wouldn't be charged, but then I had to spend half hour on the phone getting the parking removed and they couldn't refund the higher room rate.

Very clean the hotel and of course, festive time of year with nice decoration. Great smiling attitude from all the employees.
