The location was convenient and the property was spacious.
The customer service was atrocious- I had read this in previous reviews and thought it wouldn’t really matter…but it did. I received an email the morning of my reservation saying that I didn’t fill out all of my paperwork (I had) and that I would be considered a no show if I didn’t correct it within the hour. Their customer service hours weren’t until two hours after this issue which was stressful. It also took three days into my stay for a couple of minor issues to be addressed.

It’s nice very and quiet
No property services,2 entrances and only one is operable,pass doesn’t work for other gate except main gate

The apartment was spacious & clean. We used the kitchen & table every day. It was stocked with basic cooking utensils. The lazy river & pool bar were perfect for relaxing days! Very close to Disney springs also
The entrance gate was always backed way out in the evenings.
