Lobby and Dining areas were very nice. Cable TV had plenty to watch. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.

our room was adjacent to … actively used railroad tracks! Breakfast was good, not great. Breakfast was however included in the price of the room (whether you partake or not, which is usually the case in the industry) Also, pay attention to the mini-fridge if you use it. it is turned down to conserve energy. You may need to turn it up. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Train honking loudly throughout the night, but not horrible. Had to ask for iron twice for our room. Had to have room keys reset 3 times during a 4 night stay as they stopped working multiple times. Asked for room to be cleaned ,as required to request during stay, but it never happened.

The location was a short distance from many attractions. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Remodeling, so a little construction debris and the fitness area wasn't available for use.

We normally stay once a month on business. It has always been clean. We chose queen beds this time and they were more comfortable than the king.

We know it can't be helped because the train track runs beside it, at least they don't blow the whistle in the middle of the night.

Clean and the grandkids loved the pool.

Very close to our appointment.

Took this hotel based on an "exceptional " rating and a good picture spread. This is a two star hotel but still the best one in town. Next time we will stay in Springfield.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Near the battlefield. Room was clean as was the facility.

The property is right next to train tracks and we could hear and feel each train go by. The tv was very disappointing in its operation and selection. Shower head blasted the water so it was not a relaxing shower. Breakfast was ok.

The linens appeared to be fresh and the bed was comfortable.

The motel's close location to the railroad tracks, approx. 150 feet. Freight trains running all night, very LOUD !!

Uncomfortable mattress

Room was clean, normally always quiet because it sits off the main road.

As many times as we have stayed, can't seem to get a comfortable bed, very firm mattress. The shower sprayed like a sand blaster, could be painful at times.
