Location, promptness of housekeeping cleaning room and parking.

Cleanliness of restroom - the floors were not as clean as they should be, corners and under the sink area looked as though the dirt was caught in the areas as if it was not swept before mopping (caked dirt). The bedside tables were dirty as well as the television remote. It was extremely dirty (grit build up in buttons). In addition, where the mattresses met the wall under the “headboard” there was a build up of dirt, what appeared to be crumbs, hair and lint on the box spring.
