It had a full kitchen microwave small stove dishwasher very nice
We had to change rooms twice

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Kitchen area was very convenient. Bathroom was spacious.
It would have been nice to have had a Keurig. More coffee available in room.

That I was blamed and charged $250 for a cigarette butt that was in the hallway. And they said I took the smoke detector off the wall.

The stairwells were not kept up. Lots of caked mud for days.

Poor customer service. We checked out a day early and he act like he didn't care. He did not provide us with any other accommodations.

Perfect location. Free laundry. Kitchen
Bed made noise. You can hear loud toilet flushing like the water pressure was too high. Housekeeping only comes when you leave. Our trash needed changing.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and was given a king and sofa which was inconvenient. This was the last room to be cleaned and was not ready when we arrived at 4 PM. I assume they gave our room away to someone else. Not a good experience and would not rely on Candelwood again.

This hotel was wonderful. The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. The room was perfect, it was a great stay
The only thing I can possible think of fix the side door so it locks.
