Terrible place to stay!

Location is more for homeless community , bad neighborhoods. Full of drug head people all over the places. Parking is not easy even with the valet parking! Waiting time 20 mints! Rooms are very dark, not enough light Had a very weird smell in the room Refrigerator was not working Whole building was warm as their air conditioner was not working properly.

мы сняли номер на 1 день, комната была ну очень пыльной это просто ужас Обычно я не привередливая и спокойно бываю в хостелах, но тут пыль была как будто в нлмерах не жили миллион лет. Обратившись на ресепшен персонал сказал что сожалеет и предложили другой пыльный номер. Я отказалась переселятся потому что нет разницы, они ответили что у отеля дизайн такой, хотя просто слои пыли были многолетние, я просто в шоке. Персонал предложил мне выселится, хотя на улице уже было 11 ночи. Мы всю ночь чихали. На следующий день я так быстро убегала что забыла свой медицинский корсет в номере, но когда я вернулась персонал сказал что они ничего не нашли. Также в отеле не работала система карточек, приходилось на каждое передвижение звать персонал.

Les SDF sur le trottoir, proches de l’hôtel, même s’ils ne sont pas dangereux. Pas de fruits au petit déjeuner, à part parfois des bananes. Le système d’ouverture des chambres par carte était en panne et devions donc faire appel à qqun pour venir nous ouvrir.

convenient, coffee on the house, breakfast included.

not bad but: 1- one elevator was working for 18 floors while the other elevator was left broken during our whole stay. 2- The breakfast was good but the layout of the buffet makes it crowded because of one toaster available for all guests. Having 2 more toasters in other corners will resolve the problem. The staff are nice and courteous.

Breakfast was great, had a good variety of omelets, oatmeal, even batter for waffles. The drink variety was great to, enjoyed the cranberry juice myself.

Tiniest rooms in all the other Hiltons I visited, felt extremely cramped. Shampoo bottles weren't filled completely either when I checked in. The city around the hotel was horrible, had to avoid stepping in human feces while walking the streets of Downtown San Francisco.
