Was rob by several people that walk in from the street. No peek holes in the doors
No security. It is like sleeping in a cave

The staff was not friendly, they reluctantly gave me more towels. We had no microwave oven in the room as advertised.

everything it was the most nasty place a person could lay there heads the towels was so black tub black bed dirty as if they just remade it. from the pictures it looked good but in real life they need to be shut down for good

They gave me clean towels and changed the bed sheets when I asked.
Your site listed this motel under "Airport Shuttle Provided." There was no shuttle. Please correct this. I waited in vain and it was hours before I finally arrived by bus. To add insult to injury, I was told I had to pay a $20 "late check-in fee" when I got there. I explained but still had to pay $10. He said I should have called. I told him I had tried calling to no avail.

I checked in got my room key left to universal studios for the day when I got back he had gave my room to someone else & didn’t have any rooms left & I still haven’t got my refunds

Everything. Staff was super obnoxiously rude. I’m pretty certain they, like many Los Angeles Indian- Americans dislike other races of color and tend to discriminate. It’s so sad.

They charge 20 dollars extra as a deposit when I got there, but next morning they say it is because they gave me "a bigger room?" And didn't want to give me my money back. I felt assaulted and robbed.
The restroom was awful, it didn't even have a steady toilet seat cover. Rusty everywhere and old towels.

Location and no bedbugs.
The room was very small, towels were dingey and no face towels are provided. The attendant had a very thick accent so when I asked for the wifi code I couldn't understand him so requested he write it down and when he did, he threw it at me. Oh yeah there was no ice machine, iron or blow dryer. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a diesel truck each time it came on which made it difficult to sleep. Don't take room #104.
