Good, but not very close to my son's home, so I will search for a closer facility on my next visit.

The coffee machine in the room was broken, so I got coffee from the lobby. I told the staff when we signed out from the facility.

I would definitely stay there again just because of the breakfast, pool and location.

I loved that you all offered breakfast. The breakfast was great and there was plenty to choose from. The breakfast, the pool and the location made our stay totally worth it!

I was a little surprised that there was no microwave in the room. I did use the one downstairs but this seemed like a hotel that would have a microwave in the room. 🤷🏽

Could have spent same and stayed at way better

Very old bathrooms, loud ac unit by window, had to go get sheets from from desk when the sofa bed had dirty sheets

Great visit—appreciate it and see you next time!

Breakfast was a nice touch! Shower was good, soap, shampoo nice as well. Service up front was good and additional snacks and drinks were also a positive.

The ac would not register the room temperature correctly and I would get hot and cold though the night.

Was told was only going to be charged the insidentals on my card but ended charging me $400+ … they said it wouldn’t cha

The staff not knowledgeable about what they are charging customers and then when asked about it they accuse you and f being wrong and still was charged after they said wouldn’t be.

The room is spacious. It is comfortable to stay. Lobby is quite small and sometimes you will not find the table during breakfast.

It was nice I love staying at Hyatt will stay at a Hyatt again

It was a great area to stay Dave and buster was right next to it it was excellent

We booked another hotel threw booking.com but when we got there they wanted to charge us hidden fees so we had to go find somewhere else we winded up at Hyatt and the staff that was working treated us different and we’re rude I guess they thought we didn’t have the money to be there

Good

It was fine. I probably will go somewhere else next time, but it was perfectly fine.

I’ve stayed at other Hyatt Place hotels that have chrome cast in all tvs and have real plates/utensils at breakfast, and better coffee cream options. So it’s not that I didn’t like anything specific about this property, just didn’t have exactly what I was expecting.

Nice stay, comfortable and clean

Breakfast was good and worth paying more for room as a result. Pretty far from downtown Austin area, a rental car was necessary.

Superb

The breakfast was great and the rooms had everything you would need from a fridge to a pull out sofa bed. We traveled with our 5 year old and got in late. They checked us into our room quickly and having the food available 24/7 was great because we were able to order a pizza.

the staff was very good and stay comfortable

it was dated due to age. it had low ceilings and popcorn ceiling. So that’s a minus. otherwise it was well maintained and clean and beds comfortable and space was roomy.
