The hotel was clean the room oversized and bathroom nice and large

we wanted to check in earlier and was treated quite rudely by the front desk lady she never told explained the free meal or drinks on mon tue or Wed night Just Rude she should be retrained or let go

People in bathingsuits and bare feet around the breakfast buffet. I dont know maybe I am picky but that discussed me like some blackwood stuff.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean.

Our sofa sleeper didn't have any linens or pillows for it. Also, our shower didn't have anywhere to place soap, razors, etc.

Convenient to freeway, yet quiet.

I didn’t care for two things: a set of four dishes yet only 3 table knives and forks, discovered after meal was already delivered. There should be one for each place setting, counted and maintained by housekeeping Second, I only found two of the forks by venturing into the dishwasher- evidently run by housekeeping and cycle not complete before “sealing “ the room. I don’t think one should be paying $200+ a night and have to put away the dishes.

No bedding for the pull out couch . Called for some took 1/2 to get it. Someone broke the soap holder in shower and not replaced . When you have a husband who had back surgery it hard to bend to the floor to pick up soap and other necessity needed also very dark in shower 3 dollar for a pop is price gauging.
