Receptionist named Aida is nasty.

We didnt make it to breakfast unfortunately.

The size of the room. It was not like the picture said. The advertisement said double room with double beds and we thought it was two seperate rooms.

The staff , including the cleaning staff, were nice and professional. Our room came with a microwave and fridge which is important to me.

The lighting in the center courtyard is too bright. It was difficult to sleep at night because the light from the courtyard flooded our room. The curtains on the French doors should be replaced with curtains that keep light out.

Our room was quiet and simple.

The method of turning from tub to shower is confusing. Also, the rear window levelers did not work properly. Also, no pool.

Dirty floor. Awful water.

Safe, clean and great value. The staffs friendly, and they keep the property and rooms nice. Over the last 12 months I've stayed at many hotels, this one tops all others overall by far.

The location

First appearances of the first room was nice. Then we pulled back the comforters on the beds and there was dirt, what looked blood and who knew what else. Bug carcasses behind the bed. The 2nd room was just as bad. Can't rate the breakfast because we chose to leave after being treated very rudely by the desk clerk. Will never come back.
