Super friendly and welcoming staff, open access to drinks and snacks in the fridge at the pool area and inside the house--this felt generous and very convenient. Bed/sheets were incredible. Fantastic view from suite of river, trees, very peaceful. We took the 4-person paddle boat out.

Breakfast was excellent and very delicious for both of us. The location of the inn was convenient to the downtown area. We were overall very pleased with the inn and we would love to return again for another visit.

We love this place. Beautiful riverfront location in a charming little town. And the best waffles found anywhere.

We picked this location because it was close to Ocean City and Berlin. It was an easy drive to both places. It's also an easy drive to Assateague Island, which we would have like to visit if we had had more time.
The WiFi was OK, not great. We travel with three teenagers so this was a little bit problematic.

Location. Stale smell in room. No bathroom in room. Old and needs updated! Strong cigarette smell as you enter.
