Kitchen area, in particular, the fully functioning refrigerator. This was so much better than a typical hotel mini fridge, which is never cold.
Elevator smelled awful.

The room was spacious, with a full-sized refrigerator and a full-sized coffeemaker. Everything was clean and comfortable, just what I like to see in a hotel room. We will definitely look for these hotels in our travels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quite. The location was great and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Great stay! Very quiet (even though right on the highway), good beds and wifi, very clean, friendly staff.
While this had a very nice kitchen setup, there were no pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups or mugs (except for the paper ones with the coffee maker). A bit odd. If you want to cook, BYO kitchenware!
