they charged me twice for two duplicate reservations and we are now 2 months into a battle with my credit card company to get a refund . they are refusing and trying to keep a double payment

Staff member did not greet me or other quests upon arrival. Another staff members was rude in dealing with a billing question

We made a reservation months in advance. When we tried to check in, the clerk told us she did not have a reservation for us. We contacted booking.com and after waiting for what seemed to be an eternity, we were finally connected. Both clerks spoke on the phone and the situation was not resolved. We were not offered a room at the hotel and the clerk was extremely rude. We were issued a refund by booking.com and a month later we still haven't received it. We ended up driving another two hours for a Holiday Inn closer to home. We've used booking.com several times in the past and this is the second time we've arrived at a hotel to find out we had no reservations.

This property does not purchase the cinnamon rolls. Their signature item is not available and neither were the typical omelettes but only the powdered eggs and other basic items. For $130 a night I expect much much more
