Great place for families

I am SO picky about cleanliness when I travel and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It also was much more spacious than I expected and had great amenities - e.g. fabulous balcony, closet with shelving so we weren't tripping over our stuff. Pool was great and we enjoyed the food a few times as well. Also very much appreciate the cafe in the morning. I am a tea drinker, and was able to buy tea and not just suffer through coffee to get my caffeine fix.

We’ll be back!!!!

The breakfast was wonderful! Can’t say enough about how lovely staff were meeting our needs. I’m calling out one special person CHAD the event coordinator delightful person great sense of humor coached us on driving tips back to Fort Myers!! He’s a mainstay of your hotel and someone we won’t forget!

Would have liked to stay another day !!!!!

Liked the tiki bar; liked the pool

They didn't honor my continental breakfast which i thought was included; the beach was kind of unkempt; the extra fees made it more expensive than i first thought. so more expensive than first advertised

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had--steak, eggs, and potatoes. Yum! Pool was relaxing. Had a laundry and game room. Beds were comfortable.

There seemed to be a rift between the workers and management.

Romantic place

A special place to stay! I loved the vibes around the pool and the sunset ceremony. Romantic and calming. We stayed 2 nights but we wish to stay longer. Great breakfast, helpful staff!

It was great. We had a really good time and will be back same time next year!

I loved our view from the balcony.

Iguana control! We are not scared of them but they are everywhere. My older daughter is petrified of them so she and her husband didn’t come with us.

Extremely enjoyable and relaxing!

Breakfast was always WONDERFUL and the lady and gentlemen taking orders were so very friendly and helpful! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name because he was EXCEPTIONAL! I enjoyed starting the day with his contagious good mood and smile!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. The pool areas were nice. Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly especially at the bar and pool area.

First, the name of the hotel is confusing Faro Blanco is next door and where we stayed it just says Courtyard by Marriott! Second, over priced! When receiving the bill there is a charge for self parking of $15.00@ day +tax, add on a daily destination fee of $30.00 +tax

Pool was great we were able to swim late at night, didn’t have to pay for bicycle rental and then breakfast that was included option was good

I know we had towels for the pool in our room however when we needed a new pool towel it took way to long having to wait for the bartender to get us new one. Who hoards the pool towels behind the bar.

Shower was less than I expected. Glass was not enough to hold shower spray from drenching the floor and wall.

Entry light in room was tied into the switch at the door (not the master switch) as well as the bathroom power. Annoying that both had to come on just to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

need new pillows!! need carpets cleaned and need new desk chairs!! THIS IS A MARRIOTT PROPERTY!!

pillows absolutely horrible!!! room cleanliness poor...desk chair OMG!!! peeling and disgusting!! carpeting stained!!! eeeks!!

Good place, I recommend it

The staff at the pool bar are very friendly and have very good service. The hotel in general is very clean, as is the room service, which is very good. Good location.

All was very well and my stay in the place was good and very relaxing, only I would have preferred free breakfast included.

Very nice

Place was very nice and clean. Everyone working there were very polite. The ac mantance man even brought us a fan to our room. Great staff.

The fact we paid extra to have breakfast included but then got charges a 14.99 fee to eat. Did not like that.

Loved the place. Would come back.

Nice room. They said it would be partial view but it was a direct view of the bay and property with a few palm trees in front. Loved the balcony. Excellent front desk service. Very nice pool area with outdoor restaurant. Spacious outdoor area.

Room only freshened up every other day. Unacceptable at the rate we were charged.
