location and channel selection.
I was double billed for my stay and I would like to be reimbursed. There was a dead cockroach in the kitchen underneath the table when we arrived.

The location to the beach
Pull out couch in 1 bedrooms would be useful

Location was great. The Roku that's provided barely worked and we only got MAYBE 8 TV channels to choose from. Other than that, it was pleasant.
Noisy neighbors. Too far from the strip/shopping/dining. Bed was like a rock, and the furniture wasn't exactly comfortable.
