It was quiet and relaxing. Everything we needed was just steps away.

The view is perfect. Plenty of space inside. Nice having two options, a pool and the beach. Like the LVP and no carpet.

The flooring in the upstairs bathroom needs to be removed. That material isn’t for indoors. Very painful on your feet. The TV’s are complicating to work. No instructions. The down stairs bed is really soft. The furniture in the living room, the sofa and barrel chair needs replacing. The accent chair is very comfortable. A luggage lift would be great with having to go up so many stairs.

Liked how someone checked in once we arrived to ensure everything was good.

Also didn't like being checked in on 3 times. Once is great, twice is ok if something was wrong initially, but I had to twice stop and answer my phone while trying to enjoy the beach. Other thing was that bathroom floor upstairs. The rock floor is a HORRIBLE idea. It hurts your feet! Ongoing construction was loud and inconvenient.

The location is great! The beach was very accessible and wasn’t crowded. A grocery store is right across the street. The condo is very comfortable.
