HIDDEN FEES-Quoted $169 and $204 with taxes they added a $15 parking fee which I had to park in the back of the hotel with my mobility issues, along with an extra $50 fee. So a $170 quote turned out to be $270 plus tip for housekeeping. UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS- The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and noisy for a luxury hotel! DIRTY HOTTUB- The hot tub had brown dirt in the foam and people were letting their children hang out in the hot tub. Dirty Elavator- the Elavator could’ve used a broom throughout the day Complimentary hygiene products were cheap quality.

Great location, warm welcome and a nice room. The room here is nicer than the "5*" hotel we came from in the city. Super friendly staff too. Shower was great too.

Paying for parking and only marginally less than a non resident

The Breakfast was a typical Hotel Breakfast, however not bad.

We were forced to pay 15 dollars a day for parking even though it does not post this on their web page. The rooms were a bit tiny, but manageable

Nice views

30 dollar parking for the weekend is a little pricey i think especially when you are paying over 300 a night. The restaurant inside hotel is nice but very expensive.

Very clean, newer building, staff very cheerful and accommodating.

Coffee machine in the room a nightmare to use, set to One cup but dispensed from both ports spilling water everywhere, not enough creamer supplied, more of an annoyance than a serious issue.. Breakfast to expensive, went to a local restaurant.

Eerste nacht niet kon slapen door geluid van airconditioning. Waarschijnlijk een rekje los. Tweede nacht wc verstopt. Ontbijt was buffet maar bijna niks aangepast voor mensen met melk allergie en/gluten. Moet parkeren plek betalen in eigen terrein.

Location and courteous staff

From the time we checked in until the time we left, everyone I mean everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. I do not believe I've had a nicer crew to welcome us into any hotel before. The rooms were clean the hallways and elevators were clean as well. The room service was TOP NOTCH!!!! 10's all across the board

the only one thing I did not like was the housekeeper did not remove the trash when she cleaned the room on the second day. She very well could have overlooked it but she definitely made up for it on the remaining days.

Nothing really went well. We had somewhere to sleep.

We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was broken the whole time that we were there. We were never told that we were going to be charged to park in their parking lot. The sofa in our room was stained.

Spacious room and very comfy bed and pillows. Walking distance to Seneca.

The pool and hot tub were very dirty. They list it as being in the city center and it's really not. The amount you have to pay extra for parking on top of how expensive the hotel is for absolutely nothing special is ridiculous. Save your money and stay at a hotel that has parking included, breakfast, a clean pool, and if you want to be in the city center do your research or stay right outside and just drive down and pay for the day since this hotel charges you for it anyways. Just super disappointed when the reason we chose it was for the kids to swim and relax in the hot tub after our day and that was a total let down.

Good hotel,good staff, but there was no multicuisine restaurant for international tourist.

Courtney was the lady at the front desk, and she was very professional with great customer service skills. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
