Cleanness .. the room was amazing .. spacious free parking .. location is amazing

I arrived at 12 pm after a long road trip but I had to wait until 3 to check in/ Breakfast was tooooo basic

Breakfast was great!

Property was a little unkept.

It was excellent and clean and quiet. I will try to get this hotel again in the near future. The only problem that I had was that I left my favorite blanket in the room when I left to come back home from out of town and I hope that they will keep it for me the next time I come

They took additional $250 after they gave me my $50 deposit back somebody at the hotel hack my card

The pool was open and we enjoyed a good breakfast.

There were only 2 hand towels in the bathroom when we got there and the refrigerator was full of the last guests leftovers. There was a very loud party happening in the room above our room that consisted of loud conversations and kids running around and jumping on the beds for about 3 hours. It finally ended around 12:40 am and we were able to get some sleep

The location is top notch for restaurants, extracurricular activities like movies, shopping, bowling, and spa. I was able to workout, then go play.

Gym with free weights, possibility to wash clothes, fairly versatile breakfast, very handy shop that even had painkillers and contact lens solution, fresh coffee free of charge and friendly personnel.

The nearest grocery store was around one kilometer away from the hotel but it was kind of hard to get there since esplanades were narrow and close to driveways and cars splashed water to pedestrians when it was raining.

I loved the kitchenette and it was quite comfortable for a small getaway.

The room wasn't very clean and I had to clean it myself, the breakfast wasn't a good variety and the lobby also wasn't very clean.

The breakfast was great and there was a lot of options that were all tasty. The room was clean and had a decent amount of space. The gym and pool had great hours so we could enjoy them at any time we wanted within reason.

The front desk staff seemed slightly unapproachable at first. Overall they were super nice and helpful though.

Free breakfast was ample and good quality, various foods, delicious. Toward the end it gets a bit dried out but it's served 6-10 am I think, 7-11 weekends so don't wait till the last minute like I did the first day. The room was spotless and thoughtfully appointed, even a dishwasher, with intricate window coverings to allow light while providing privacy. Free washers and dryers are available 24 hours in the gym.

My only major complaint is the design of the building. Instead of the elevator being in the middle of the structure as on every other building I've ever seen, this long building has its elevator all the way at one end, so it's a heck of a hike, about a city block it seems, to the rooms at the far end of the building as mine was. (The desk clerk warned me, but I wanted the higher floor.) I see no reason for this perverse and inconvenient layout. Also, you're on your own for taking out trash, but they don't tell you that. Staff is thin, room not cleaned during my one week stay.
