Breakfast was very good and a comfortable atmosphere.

The whole experience was positive.

The place was magical. A beautiful setting with perfect location, close to everything. The building is backed up to a stream, quiet and elegant.

I arrived at 12:30 AM but there were convenient parking and easy to follow instructions on how to check into my room. A large, comfortable bed and a cozy sitting room were in my bedroom area. For breakfast I enjoyed a healthy blueberry oatmeal with a side of bacon before heading up to enjoy the Steamboat champagne powder. And only a short 5 minute drive to free parking at the resort

The breakfasts were GREAT! (Our personal preference would be milder sausage.) The room/bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the casual atmosphere while there and friendliness of the staff. Loved the backyard by the creek for relaxing. It's a very spacious lodge so guests can spread out in the common area if they want. Nice to have books and games provided.

Several of the electric outlets were worn out - our cell charger wouldn't stay plugged in. After trying a couple of outlets, we found one that did work fine. We would suggest a small night light in the bathroom. More washcloths would be helpful. Shelves in the closet for guests to put their clothes would be handy. Step stools on both sides of bed would be helpful, since bed in Monarch room is very high.

Homey feeling from beginning to end. Quiet and rural in an in town setting close to downtown, River, restaurants and hikes.

More light in the bed rooms and room thermostats. Got a little too warm at times.

Breakfast was great!!! Location was very convenient.

The king size bed is in the smallest room. Would have liked a bit more elbow room.
