The place was super nice and a great deal. Ni e and close to supermarket.

The first interaction at check-in was less than friendly, and there was a lot of road construction going on. Created difficulty in getting around. Most eateries nearby were closed a lot.

The property was reasonably priced and the location was  located close to restaurants, etc.

Do NOT stay on the first floor if you are staying during the summer months. While they have a thermostat on the wall, suggesting there might be air-conditioning there is absolutely no air-conditioning. The only way to open a window would be the sliding glass door to the patio. However , you can’t leave this open because there are bears in the area. We were roasting in our room despite the fact that there was an overhead ceiling fan. When we called to ask about additional fans, they said there would be fans in the closet. There were not. They said there were fans by the front desk. There were not. The only saving grace is they eventually ended up moving us to an upstairs unit where we could open up windows. This happened in the middle of the night.  The upstairs unit was fine.  Nothing to write home about, but it was definitely better than the hot box we were in downstairs.

Check in was easy and quick and staff were polite and in good spirits. The facility was in excellent condition and beautiful with a view of the lake. Also stocked with basic supplies for our stay like dishes and soaps.

Parking was a bit tight and building numbers were difficult to see, but it was no big deal!

I was told at check in that the water was not safe to drink and could be contaminated with fecal matter …so we had to go buy water to rinse with and brush. I feel I should have been notified earlier and or given a credit. very disappointing.

location, cleanliness, virtual office staff was amazing!

only thing was the power in the kitchen on the lower level floor for appliances (toaster, coffee machine, etc) was not working even after we reset the circuit breaker, called the staff to advise, they couldn’t get maintenance out right away which was no issue as we had the upper level kitchen to work with, so all good.

Arrived to the property fairly late and we were greeted virtually and checked in immediately, the staff was polite and patient, the room was clean and all the utilities (pots, pans, utensils) were spotless and I felt comfortable utilizing them to cook/eat. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but not horrible. Other than that everything was exceptional. Very quiet environment, I felt relaxed and at ease.

The unit had plenty of space, a fireplace, large jetted tub and a full kitchen. North Lake Tahoe and Villas was very accommodating when we had to postpone our last trip due to severe weather.

The shower caulk needs to be redone- just looks dirty.

The location would be great for anyone with a car! We met some wonderful Uber drivers who were the most helpful people we met but stretched very thin so nothing worked last minute.

We had planned to ski with our son who got sick and were very limited in our ability to get around town without a car. There was no one on sight we could get local info from and there was zero flexibility with check out which would have helped our sick son.

Nice and quiet place. Good location. Good space. Comfortable stay. Nice view. House is close to parking.

The dining table is too small. The living or dining area has decent space but the table is a bit small if you want to have a feast and enjoy variety of food

The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well as the pillows.

Clean, comfy and private. I like how if you needed two rooms, they were separated within the unit itself.

Wish it had beach access or hot tub patio access.

Outdated, especially Bathrooms. not very comfortable. Impossible to set the water temperature in the shower: tiny touch can drench your in super cold or, worst, boiling water. Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms Kitchen sink upstairs and Tub downstairs were clogged. Can’t lock the door to the outside. Very weird set up with the hot tub on the third floor in kind of loft set up. could still be useful in winter.
