The location was very good. We were able to bike or walk to most locations we went to. I liked how spacious the place was too.

We had no access to the beach or any pools. I would rate the cottage higher if we did. However, we quickly learned that there is no beach in Incline Village that you can visit. You will have to go to Kings Beach which is a drive. Even a pass is required for Ski Beach too.

The location is central and the condo is spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, but the downstairs one didn't feel clean, but felt like there was sand in it. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Full use of a house, plenty of space. House was well situated and kids loved the top floor as their personal space.

Kitchen was not entirely clean. But it was very well equipped for real use, which we did cooked in daily.

There were several wall-mounted TVs, but none were usable. That was very disappointing .
