I saw an roach crawl out of the sink. I didn’t stay a 2nd night. literally drove back to Fort Lauderdale. would never recommend this place to anyone.

The best location! Would highly recommend.

Slightly dated decor but this doesn't effect the stay at all, fab facilities And would still highly recommend for the location and value! We shall return!

Great staff. Convenient location.

The apartment was dirty. The beds were not comfortable. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The apartment is in need of repairs.

Oceanfront, great beach, towels and chairs, tennis, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, bathtub, big pool, pool bar, free parking.

elevators didn’t work, rude attendants, refrigerator leaked, wasn’t clean when we got there, valet misplaced vehicle, headboards were not connected properly

the shower water was cold, and there wasn’t any trash bags, other then that it was clean and super nice will recommend to anyone that’s traveling to Miami!

Price was reasonable. Nice that parking was free. Valet service was quick.

Room was outdated. No tv directions. Beds were hard.

The building/room is quite old and should be renovated in some points! The aircondition and the refrigerator are loud. We met two cockroaches in the kitchen, but I guess, this is normal for Miami and such an old building...

The reception was fantastic very helpful

as soon as you walk in if feels like haunted house. dirty broken tiles and Molly ceiling, dirty curtains and mouldy bathroom. the picture on the website are not true, is for another unit. the host was very rude.

Room was fine and great view

Valet service was slow and had traffic jam returning at 11 pm. Ended up parking at public lot down street

The studio was big enough,with separated bedrooms and it is well located. It had a nice view to the ocean.

The fire alarm of the whole condominium went off the first night at 5 AM and everybody evacuated the facility and ended up that it was a bad functioning of the system. Then it went off 2 more times that night. In the following weeks the alarm went off every single night and up to six times a night at different moments. Of course everybody disregard the followings alarms and that made one think what should happened if any one of them could have been for real? This happened even during daylight. It was a nightmare to try to sleep and rest. The front desk gave little information about this. The kitchen was precarious to say the least.

No one who was ocean front unit. I had to show my booking on phone with the conversation I was having through booking.com as way to tell them about ocean front

Unit needs update. Humidifier was super old and dirty, cleaning crew did not clean before we occupied, beds were noisy. I requested a beach front since the start off booking but non was available. Booking.com shows the room as beach front but they are really not.

the front desk person do not try to help they kept given us the wrong key then the Security told us to go to another place even after this location was paid for. Then he threatened to give me a fine.

What a great trip! The hotel was safe and in a perfect location near all attractions, room was clean and the view of the ocean was breathtaking!! Valet parking was efficient. There were 2 little supermarkets in the hotel which were very convenient. What a great stay! Thank You Cely & Luis!! I will definitely be back!!

Nothing! The staff told us we were not allowed in the room because it wasnt confirmed although i paid $266 for the room for ONE NIGHT. I would appreciate a proper refund for the correct amount. I got robbed of my money and humiliated due to this "booking.com". What are you going to do to fix this??
