Very spacious. Generally clean.
Overall comfortable.
Old & rundown, very noisy upstairs, barking dogs allowed by neighboring units, worn out carpets, very old kitchen wares, coffee maker 20 years old & useable. Window blinds all bent up and unsightly.

convenient location, comfortable couch, lots of room
The temperature in the condo was too warm and turning down the thermostats didn’t do anything. I had to open the kitchen window at night to keep the temperature at 70 degrees.

Nice amount of space for a 1 Bdr. We had four people and the pull out couches were comfortable. Location is great, short walk to several bars and restaurants. Ground floor unit close to parking. I would stay here again!
