Location, friendly staff, spacious room

No bedside chargers

It's quiet place except for the door issue

Air condition is directed to the pillows , if I increased the temp i feel hot and sweaty , if I decreased the temp the cool air hits my head and I woke up with severe headache It's not clean , I am talking about chairs . Guests are hitting the door at night and I woke up many times . I got an interrupted uncomfortable sleep

The location was near to my exam site,the staffs were approachable. The room was clean also sounds were minimized in the hallway. Overall, it was a good stay. Definitely will refer to another colleague.

First of all, we really liked the room, our beds was very comfy and neat. Second comfort room was big and clean and lastly, the water in the pool was clean and we did invite some friends there too because of it.

When we came there, they didn't greet us like 'goodmorning' or 'how are you'. They waited us to walk to their reception before they ask questions regarding our booking. They doesn't have a free breakfast or free coffee. Their indoor swmming pool was very rusty but like I said the water in the pool was clean and there's no light when we used their Sauna.

This hotel is in the city highway side, having alot of facilities nearby .Moreover this hotel is near to Dar al hekma university.Those who are coming to attend OET exam, this will be a better option to stay.

The underground car parking is very congested.

staff are very accommodating. the room is clean. the room is big and spacious.

i can hear the noise from outside..i was there for my exam, i was studying in my room and children passing by were crying and it’s loud and clear. but it’s okay. over all my stay was fine.

Location was perfect, very busy street with nice places to drink and eat, in fact next door is small complex which has nice and decent places for food and coffee, it has Starbucks coffee, Alannabi Grill, with some others. There is a nice long walk in the back street, nice for those interested to run or walk. Nice and wide basement parting, room is big. Staff checked me earlier than normal, which is very nice of them, after my flight.

No enough towels and path matts in bathroom, only slippers were there, I had to ask, and they just gave one piece. Carpet is old, needs changing in fact, I had do my daily body workout inside the room, I did not feel comfortable to do some on-ground exercises.
