we notice bad small in the room and walls are scratched and not clean with some humidity.

they deducted my money for no show. we went there and the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. so we ended up rebooking with double the price. then they also deducted money for no show

Large apartment
No breakfast. This is disappointing. It is clearly written that the breakfast is available. But, when we asked for a breakfast, we shocked. Neverthles, the staff tried to arrange something for the kids.

Location, if you want to go Makkah, stay here as it is outside Riyadh and you will be on road next morning in 1 minute.
Breakfast options, first the restaurant wasnt aware that I have already paid for the breakfast, but then they accepted. However breakfast has arabic options but not continental.
