Property was beautiful and convenient.

There was not enough towels for 11 bed rooms. Took forever for staff to bring more when requested. Was supposed to be a bunk room it only had one bed in the room. Asked for a roll away bed and the one bought was filthy. The sound for the tv in the theater room did not work. Again, it took forever for someone to come and repair. The carpet needed cleaning and the pool also needed cleaning.

We loved the location. There was plenty of room for everyone and our game night. The front office was so sweet ad helpful in getting extra parking passes. Overall, it was great and I would stay here again!

Everything was awesome. We had no complaints. The house is right in the corner and a bit secluded so we didnt deal with any community traffic.

Cleanliness upon arrival wasn’t up to par, televisions not working properly had to call maintenance several times. Dog hairs / feathers on the cloth of the living room furniture. Bugs on the counter top. Previous tenants trash left in the garbage also clothes left behind by previous tent ants outside on The A/C unit. Patio furniture missing and also not clean signs of dirt on the cushions. Cleanliness was Unsatisfactory upstairs balcony lights didn’t work called front desk no one came out to fix while we were there. False advertising of the upstairs bedroom with bunk beds connected only one bed when advertised as connected bunks. I really would like to speak with management concerning our stay. We paid good money to stay with Encore and it wasn’t Satisfactory Guranteed.
