Perfectly located far enough away from the city center but close enough to walk. Also the street car was right across the street. It’s been recently renovated I think the hotel seemed older but with updates. The amenities were nice. Bar is nice on both floors. The staff was very friendly and a nice introduction to New Orleans.

Room was spacious and clean on arrival.

They never serviced the room during our stay. I requested fresh towels at the front desk which never came. No one at front desk ever answered the phone. Location was a bit far from the French Quarter.

If you are going to an event at the Super Dome this place is perfect. Good price and not a bad walk. We felt safe the entire time.

It was a little ways from Bourbon St but the trolley stop is close by.

The room smelled like moisture/mildew. I think a humidifier would have solved this problem. The kitchenette cabinets are dated. The hotel charges $20 to park daily in a public lot where you can park cheaper if you pay the public lot parking machine yourself.

The view..the staff..the surroundings..the people I met..the bar..lobby...everything from the valet til my departure was exceptionally great!!

Truly, can't say enough about this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised🤩. I seriously, didn't expect half of what this place offers. Convenient location. The street car stops right in front of the hotel. Every staff member that I came in contact with was super friendly & eager to help. The hotel is very elegant & clean. We booked a King suite with a city view, the room was spacious, extremely comfortable & the view was amazing. We especially liked that the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed: dishes, microwave, nice size refrigerator, pots & pans. There was even a cute little office area, ample closet space, & streaming services on the television. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

My only issue was that parking is somewhat of an issue, and the remote to one of the TV's was a little worn, making it difficult to change channels, lol.

The wonderful and accommodating staff, cleanliness of all areas, and the overall high level of security of the hotel. My guests and I felt safe, secure, and very welcome. I'm grateful for that.

No sofa or chaise in room for a 3rd person in a double. There wasn't much the staff could do, which was understandable. So, I'd just make a friendly suggestion to consider adding one of the following to the double rooms: a chaise, chair with ottoman/footstool, or recliner in the double rooms. Really nothing

Staff and facilities were incredible. Loved the helpfulness and enthusiasm of the staff. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Bar and refreshments in the lobby were a plus.

Sadly the atmosphere outside of the hotel is not the most comfortable (to no fault of theirs). Homeless population is sad in the city now and many of them are near the facility.

New hotel on walking distance Bourbon street. Very large room with small kitchen. Good bed!

Breakfast very simple and only until 900 am Parkinglot besides hotel is very dangerous. 3 cars with brooken windshields! Via the hotel we got a parking onky 200m further up at the other side of the street. Much more cars, but also not garded. They charged us $20 pro night, but you can do it yourselve for less then $15

location was perfect for my need. Hotel room was above my expectation for the price. Very clean, met all of my needs
