The only part of this stay was the young girl helping in the front desk.

The room was horrible. There was lots of bugs in the room. We asked to get moved. Was moved 2 times before we went back to original room because it was cleaner than the other rooms. 1 room we were moved still had someone staying in there and the key opened up the door. The other room was triple the amount of bugs on the floor, dead and alive.

they were infested with roches had to change my room because when I walked in more then 10 roches came out

It was easy to find, close to the wedding, and clean except for the dead bugs they didn't clean up before our check in and they had ALL day.

We didn't like that there were dead bugs for us to dispose of... After a long day of decorating the wedding we come back and our keys are inactive... Our shower rod was falling off the wall, and the shower head was horrible spraying everywhere. We asked for a late checkout because we were EXHAUSTED and we were woken up twice! Once by the vacuum cleaner banging everything in the next room and another by house keeping entering our room when we had just fallen back to sleep from the first disturbance!. I had already gone down the hall to ask them to keep it down and then they come knocking and entering our room! Respect your guests, find out if anyone has a late check out! STAFF needs to take ALL guests into consideration!
