I liked the free WiFi and that it was in the north shore.

The unit was NOT thoroughly cleaned! There was sand in the sleeper sofa bed, no extra sheets readily available, only 1 beach towel for 2 people! There was a black moldy looking stain on the carpet that they tried to cover up by putting the stand up fan over it! Red Awning did NOT supply my entry code; I had to call the property managers to ask them to email the entry information to me the day before my arrival. The unit was NOT worth the nightly rate and the cleaning fee added on was not justified when the unit was NOT clean upon my arrival.

The location is perfect! It was close to almost everything that we wanted to see on the island. It’s on a beautiful, peaceful golf course. We loved the privacy. We loved the scenic and short walk to a very secluded beach!! Having extra towels was very much appreciated. The dishwasher worked great.

I almost didn’t write this review because I don’t want to affect your rating. But maybe these thoughts will help make the experience better for your future guests. When we got to the condo there was someone in the place. Marilyn did a wonderful job of handling the situation. She was terrific. But it was frustrating. The place has a very musty smell and I feel like it could have been cleaner. The bathroom was clean but there was a food stain on the carpet in the living room and dirt and dust around windows, etc. The couch smelled bad for the first two days we were there. The kitchen faucet works, but has a broken piece on it.. after service and cleaning fees we paid more for the place then a hotel. I think guests will expect things to be better for the price.. I would have appreciated having a few suggestions written on a laminated card for grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We couldn’t get the TV to work. Some instructions for that would have been nice. Most of the places I have stayed have things like that. Also either having some beach towels to borrow or mention in the write up that they need to bring their own would be helpful. The same for not having shampoo. Most places have that available. I left mine for the next guests to use.
