I loved how close it was to the beach for the money. We couldn’t find anything else in this price range this close.

The ac kept the downstairs freezing while the up stairs was hot. It was hard to find a happy medium.

The place was dirty. Holes in walls bugs screen door broken. Fridge was broken toilets were dirty.

The only good part was the location.

The house was really quite filthy. Ants everywhere, the bed sheets were stained, and the only bathroom had a door that did not lock.

I like that it was two bedroom and with double beds in each room. And it was at the ground floor. The staff was friendly/nice.

You have to bring your own towels. They only gave us thin linens as a blanket. The bathroom is small. Kitchen needs to be updated. We had to throw the garbage to the street garbage containers. Ot worth the price.

Upon arrival we found a dead cockroach in the closet on the 1st floor bedroom next to the bathroom.

Close to boardwalk and beach, location was great.

Way dirty, cracked toilet seat, stained furniture, marks all over the walls, access to pipes wouldn’t stay closed in one bedroom, lamps in some bedrooms were just “props” for pictures as there was no outlet close enough to plug in lamp, no hair dryer, ironing board or iron as stated on description, and on the private outdoor shower there was only about 12 inches of pipe with no water source as the pipe had been cut. We didn’t go without shoes as floors were dirty.

No blankets for the beds or towels to shower with were provided. We had to buy our own which was very hard being a tourist town. The outdoor shower was broken. Parking is terrible. Only 3 spots available for more than 3 apartments! One of the bedrooms was hot even with the AC turned to 68.

Location is great.

It’s not the best place you can stay for a vacation time with family. Everything is old and outdated. The banisters in the stairs are filthy. We have to wipe it down multiple times and still dusty. The bath tub was dirty. No sheets and pillowcases. No locks in the bathroom. No towels, soaps and tissue paper. No curtains all over the house. The sofa bed was trashy, very uncomfortable and squeaking every time you move, and it shouldn’t be used as a bed, so we have to squeeze one person in on of the full beds. WIFI was not working on our whole stay. We did not have WIFI for 4 days. All things in the kitchen, are old and used. The unit will be easily flooded on a rainy day. And each unit only gets one parking, irregardless on how many people are staying in the unit. One of our friends got an itch from one of the beds. The lady manager also forgot to give me the parking pass but made it looked like she gave it to me when I asked where should we park, and asked us to walk back and forth to another building to get a “new” pass. Not worth the amount of money we paid for.

The property was very clean and the customer service from the a Owners was AMAZING. Will stay there each time I come back to Ocean City and have already recommended others to also stay when they visit.

Everything was perfect

Water pressure was strong, you're within 5 min walk from the boardwalk, location pretty excellent, wifi connection good, porch was nice, nearby parking, HVAC very good. Host accommodated to our circumstances.

Conditions of the place, place looked old, overall cleanness, facilities need maintenance and updated, specially bathroom. Some essential utilities were needed.

The location is perfect, everything you want or need is pretty close by. I also enjoyed the relatively open space of the living room and kitchen.

The master bedroom could use an air vent or a fan or maybe even its own air conditioner, as the air circulation is very poor and it gets way too hot during the day meaning you can’t sleep in and not wake up drenched in sweat. The television in the big living room was tiny and didn’t even function. The refrigerator was just turned on right before we got there so it took about a full 24 hours until it actually started to get cold and then it started leaking water out of the vent onto our food a few days later. The kitchen has a serious ant problem that really needs to be taken care of as it’s nasty having little pests inside your bags of chips, crawling on your bread bags, and crawling all over the kitchen counter. As a 6’2” man with a large frame, the shower is very cramped which is mostly just a personal complaint, however, we all got very tired of the water getting all over the bathroom floor from the shower and only having a thin bath towel to soak it up that didn’t work since the towel would be drenched for the next 2 days.
