Drop from terrace to pool side Hob wouldn’t turn off so had to turn off at wall Description says 3 bathrooms but in fact two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet Each twin room had one bed higher than the other (maybe swap two beds so they are level when pushed together)

Clean villa, lovely location, great well-kept outdoor dining and garden facilities. Good size pool. Very friendly pool/maintenance guy (Alex).

Beds were terribly uncomfortable, sofas dated also very uncomfortable, should be replaced. Most disappointed to discover that downstairs AC was NOT included in the villa price and charged at €8 per day (with one of the 2 units in the lounge out of service, but still charged full price). At this time of year, in these temperatures AC is not an optional luxury, it’s a necessity. The property was like an oven on our first day, and the downstairs AC was only turned on at 11pm that night. The villa price should include any surcharges for such facilities, and nowhere on booking.com or on our booking confirmation was this information shared.

Gorgeous garden and pool area. Bigger than expected. Great location for beach and walk into Latchi.

Beds were hard and creaky

The lovely private big gardens and pool.

The villa needs to sort out little matters I.e. most of the remote controls didn't work for the air cons. Some of kitchen appliances very old. Air cons very old and noisy. Otherwise it's a great villa. What did put me off was the road behind the villa, very noisy trucks, bikes, etc all day and very early in the morning 5am.
